Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with us. By booking a trip, you agree to these terms.
A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
Full payment must be made before the start of the trip.
Package prices are based on current rates of hotels, transport, and services.
Inclusions and exclusions will be mentioned clearly in the package details.
SafeRoute Holidays acts as a travel service provider and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, transporters, weather, or natural calamities.
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and travel documents.
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official communication channels.
The token amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date will attract cancellation charges ranging from 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% retention charges will apply for bookings cancelled within 15 days of the travel date or in case of no-show.
No refunds will be given for missed or unused services. This includes flights, trains, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by SafeRoute Holidays.
SafeRoute Holidays reserves the right to cancel your booking/invoice if a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total tour package cost is not received.
In case a client is suspected of engaging in illegal activity or violent behaviour, SafeRoute Holidays reserves the right to immediately stop services and withhold any refunds.
All amendments must be communicated in writing via email or official communication channels.
To prepone or postpone the tour, guests must inform us at least 15 days prior to the journey date.
A rescheduling fee of 15% of the total tour package cost will apply for preponing or postponing the trip.
One-time rescheduling (prepone/postpone) is allowed free of charge.
No changes to travel plans will be accepted within 15 days of the journey date, except in cases of force majeure, natural calamities, or political disturbances.
All rescheduled services and revised costings are subject to availability and seasonal/off-season pricing.
The validity of postponed packages is 1 year from the original booking date.
The Invoice Number is transferable, meaning you may transfer your booking to a friend or relative (subject to SafeRoute Holidays’ terms and conditions).
